AM
5 rounds -- 4:00 rest between rounds
3 Tng (touch/tap and go) squat clean + thruster  (70-80% of max thrusters)
8 30" burpee box jumps
50 double unders

3 rounds untimed

10 Hand release pushups
10 Alternating pistols

PM
10 100m sprints :90 rest
