We currently run over 7 classes per day 5 days a week and 3 classes on Saturdays.

5:30am; 6:30am; 7:30am; noon; 4 (only Tuesdays and Thursday); 5pm; 6pm; 7pm (not on Fridays)

Specialty Classes
Powerlifting: Sunday 10:30am; Monday and Wednesday 8pm; Tuesday and Thursday 6pm
Active Recovery: Sunday noon; Thursday 5pm
Olympic Lifting: Monday 6pm; Wednesday 8:30am and 7:30pm; Friday 5pm
Boxing: Tuesday and Thursday 7pm
Beginners WOD: Monday and Wednesday 7pm
Gymnastics WOD: Thursday 5:30; Saturday 9am
Competitors WOD: Saturday 9am
