Here is your WOD for Saturday. 

Get in early and start mobility, we will jump right into the workouts.

WOD #1

Diane
21-15-9
#225/155 deadlift
HSPU (hands inside 36")

Rest 15 Minutes, additional mobility

WOD # 2

500m row
30 Burpees
400m run

Monday
Build to a heavy squat snatch in several sets.  Work technique.

Back SQ
3-3-3-3 @ 85%

EMOM 15:00  3
Ball grip supine ring pullups
