Saturday AM WOD 

Front Squat Annie

50 Double Unders, 50 Situps, 1 Front Squat w/ 75% of 2 RM
40 Double Unders, 40 Situps, 2 Front Squats
30 Double Unders, 30 Situps, 3 Front Squats
20 Double Unders, 20 Situps, 4 Front Squats
10 Double Unders, 10 Situps, 5 Front Squats

All Front Squats are taken from the ground.  There is no substitution for double unders
