1 length Centipede with pushup

5 burpee broad jumps
2 wall climbs
Run 20 strides forward outside
Run 20 strides backwards
5 Good mornings no weight/ no bar

WOD: Crossfit Total
You have 15 minutes on each  movement to find a max:
Backsquat
Press (no dip)
Deadlift
