Monday
Please remember to put away your equipment when you are done with it and remove bands from pullup bars. Also, please do not write with chalk on the floor. 
Since it is getting hotter, please use simple green to wipe up the floor and other equipment you use after your workout  so others can have a somewhat sweat free place to train. Thank you!

Also, make sure you guys are drinking plenty of water and getting your electrolytes! Summer is nearing!! Don't forget to bring your water bottle to the gym.

Warm Up:
a) Row 1000 (750 easy, 250 fast)
b)Mobility

Strength: Push Press
Find a set you can do 8 to 10 reps with good form.

WOD:

30 burpee box jump overs 24in/20in
30 TTB
30 Push Jerk 135/95
Run 800
