Clean Drills

Strength: Power Clean
4x2 @ 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%
(basically add about 5 to 10lbs per set depending where your 1 rep max is) Work on technique.

WOD:
3 rounds
20 wallballs 20/14lb
5 Power Cleans 225/ 145lb
This should be heavy, with good form. For most, this weight should be at about 80% of 1 rep max.
