Start slow and increase speed each interval.

5 min MOB

Goat: 10 minutes
choose a skill or strength you can do 1 to 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes.

WOD:
"Nicole"
20 minute AMRAP
400m Run
max reps pullups

Post total number of Pullups. These can be strict or kipping. Set ends when you come off bar.

Dear Crossfit Friends,

I will miss sweating it out with all of you. CF has been my most regular social outlet in NOLA. Thanks for your invaluable feedback, coaches. Good luck making it through the Summer. I'll be back in 14 months and will hopefully have some double-unders!
