The Reebok CrossFit Games started yesterday with and unexpected triathlon. After a day off on Thursday, they will resume Friday, July 13 and will be broadcast streaming on ESPN 3 from 4:15 pm to 10:15 pm CST

We will be heading over as soon as the pm classes get out. Probably after 7 pm. It will be BYO food and booze (both paleo and non paleo treats are permitted). Address is 930 Poydras. There is free street parking or you can pay to park in the garage.
The front door is right between Jumba juice and St Marie and the sky lounge in on the 9th floor.

2 lengths duck walk w/ 10 sots press
1 length centipede w/pushup
Mobility:
Skill: Pistols, 10 minutes: on the minute for 10 minutes
ADV: If you were successful with rep scheme last week, 1 or 2 each leg on the minute, try adding 2 and 1/2 or 5 lb overhead
BEG: If you have figured out your scaling option, do 1 or 2 reps each leg with scaling.
If you have not done this before, spend 10 minutes with your scaling options.
