Roof demolition is temporarily postponed while they lay panels on the roof.  Until they start the demolition again (probably later this week or Monday), we will have a noon class at 540 N Cortez.

3 touch-and-go power cleans on the odd minutes
5 ring push-ups on the even minutes (INT: 3, BEG: 5 regular push-ups)
