Mobility

Strength/Skill:
DB Bench Press
3 x 5 using the same weight each set

WOD:
EMOM for 16 min
Even - 10 OH squats from rack
Odd - accumulate 15 seconds in L-sit or L-tuck (rings, pull-up bar, paralletes)
