If you are going to CrossFit on Thursday and competing on Saturday, do not do the class WOD.
Instead, games competitors may do the warm up and skill.
Do a 7 minute amrap of the sectional wod below. Get a feel for how you need to approach Saturday's workout. Do not push it, but focus on good technique and get your game plan together.
Friday be sure to get some good rest and stretching in.

15 Box jumps, 20" box
75 pound Push press, 12 reps
