CrossFit Games Open 13.2 heats will be conducted at 540 N Cortez from 5 to 7 pm, sign up on Mindbody.  You will be prompted to pay when you sign up, you should receive a discount if your membership level qualifies for one.  

Thursday

Warm up:
2 rounds
60 sec jump rope singles
1 length sampson stretch
1 length duck walk with pvc overhead

Mobility

Strength/Skill:
Front squat5 x 3 @ 83% of 1RM

WOD:
5 rounds for time
Partner 1 does 20 unbroken wall balls
Partner 2 holds front leaning rest (on rings or plank hands/forearms)
