Don't forget to sign up on Mindbody for the Whole Life Challenge finals tonight between 5- 7 pm if you are unable to attend Saturday! It will be held at Midcity.

On Saturday We will be doing a little grilling afterward, go ahead and bring your favorite WLC compliant, or non-compliant foods.  As usual, we will be supplying some chicken and some veggies, so stick around and hang out for a bit on Saturday

Also, Sunday  from 12:30pm-1:30 pm Mollie will be playing with her brass quintet at the St. Mary's Church @ the Ursuline Convent at 1116 Chartres Street. Come by if you are out and about for French Quarter Fest!

2 x 3 @ 85%
3 x 1 @ 90%
(rest 90-120 sec between sets)

WOD:
5 rounds for time
5 front squats 205/125 lb or 70% of 1RM, whichever is less
10 box jumps 24/20 in
