NOTE: BAYOU BOOGALOO IS GOING ON NEAR MIDCITY GYM. THE CITY IS OUT MAKING MONEY, GIVING PARKING TICKETS, IF YOU PARK ALONG THE STREET, PARK PARALLEL (not perpendicular like we usually do)

Midcity: Free Introduction, Competitors Class, Gymnastics Class
10 am: Group class at both locations
11 am to 1 pm:
Midcity - Open Gym

Warm Up:
Run 400 or Row 500
then
3 rounds
10 pass throughs
10 overhead squats
10 pull ups
10 burpees
WOD:
in teams of 2 alternating minutes for 10 minutes
P1: 5 front squats then AMRAP shoulder to overhead
P2: after P1 completes 5 front squats, AMRAP burpees
