Saturday Schedule:

9 am - Uptown - free intro class

9 am - Midcity - Gymnastics Class, Competitors Class, Fundamentals Make Up Class

10 am - Uptown and Midcity - Group Class

11 am - Midcity - Powerlifting Fundamentals, Open Gym will last until about 1 pm or so

Run 400m or Row 500m

3 rounds 
10 pass thoughs
10 overhead squats
10 pull ups
15 second L sit

WOD: 
In teams of 3 or 4
Each Row 750
180/240 wallballs
Each do 30 burpees
