9 am - Midcity - Free Intro, Competitors Class, and Gymnastics Class

10 am - Both Locations - Group Class

11 am - 1 pm - Midcity - Open Gym

10 pass throughs
10 overhead squats
10 push ups
30 second sampson stretch - per side

WOD

with a partner, alternating rounds

15 minute AMRAP
15 deadlift (75/55)
15 shoulder to overhead (75/55)
