Please post your goals for 2013! These should be S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) Goals, so "workout more" will not be good, but "workout 4 times a week through May would work.

20 Burpee Penalty will occur on MONDAY 1/14  for those who choose not to post their goals, 25 Tuesday, 3o Wednesday, etc until you post your goals.

WOD 4 days/week.
PL 1+ day/week.
Back squat 225 lbs by Dec 31.
DL 275 lbs by Dec 31.
C&J 150 lbs by Dec 31.
5 min Randy by June 30.

Get a ring dip without a band. Do a handstand push-up without an abmat. Get a standing back handspring (yeah...I'm working on it!).

My goal this year is to attend Crossfit at least 3 times a week, get consecutive double unders, and unassisted pull-ups.
