Kelsey and possibly a few other CrossFit NOLA/NOLA 504 coaches are thinking of re-starting the CrossFit NOLA Kids Program!!

Before this can happen, we need your input. If you/your children are interested in a CrossFit NOLA Kids Program, please respond and comment to the following:

-Ages of children who want to participate
-Times and days of the week that children could attend
-How often you would like to see your child in classes (i.e once a week, twice a week etc...)

She's great! I can't wait for this to get off the ground. I, obviously am ready to sign baby Ecker up but Elizabeth says no weight training till he's 6 months old. I program him WODs and whisper them at her tummy. He does triple unders with the umbilical cord.

My 6 and 3 year old boys are interested. Although, my 3 year old may be to young. Right now we have baseball Monday, Wednesday and Friday so we could come on a Tuesday or Thursday. I also have some friends that are interested depending on the day and time. I think once a week would be a good start. Could there possibly be an intro class for the kids to try it out first before signing up? Do you know yet what the cost would be? Thanks!

Michelle, there will definitely be a free intro class before the kids sign up :) We have not discussed prices

Leah 6 will be 7 in June. would love to come. I can only promise to get her there on the weekend. Sat (at the same time as gymnastics and or WOD would be convenient although Kelsey teaches gymnastics.

My son Aidan is 8. Not sure though on the times as he is in camps all summer. But maybe evenings and weekends.

My daughter CC (8) might be interested - Saturdays would work best, as weekdays are filled with camp and sports
