Friday night FRAN

Friday June 14th @7:00pm, Crossfit 225 will be hosting a Fran competition. Entry is $25.00 per person and will be rotating scaled and RX heats. The fastest RX Male and Females will win a cash prize and a trophy that will be contended for every 6 months. It will be something fun to bring the community together. The wod is simple and we should be able to manage and rotate heats easily. Here is a link to the event page on Facebook.
