Goal Setting

It is time to set some goals for the new year.  Please comment on this post with a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-bound (S.M.A.R.T.) goal for 2012. This post will be tagged so we can easily look back to see who made their achievement!

It can be anything.  Good examples: get a 4 minute Fran by July, or run a half marathon in March.  Feel free to include as many as you can think of.   It does not have to be a CrossFit goal, but it does need to fit the SMART criteria.

We are looking forward to helping you get there! 

There will be a burpee  penalty if you do not set a goal and comment on this post

i would like to get a 4 minute Fran by July. I would like to be able to snatch 135lb 5x by march. I would like to complete rx'd Helen in 930 by July. I would like to BR able to do 35 pull-ups consecutively by may and also clean and jerk 200 lb by may. Also would like to follow a better diet closer to paleo.

- Record all WODs, even the not so good ones
- 300lbs+ deadlift by March
- 15 strict pull-ups by June
- Rx 70 - 80% of WODs by the summer
- Consistent double unders, w/o singles
- Over.Head.Squats. (UGH) not fall or drop the weight from bad form, the sooner the better!!!

Complete Mardi Gras 1/2 marathon
Complete the Missouri River 340 inside the cutoff time
Make it into the top 1000 in the CCC
