In addition, Ryne will hold a muscle-up development clinic from 830-9am that same morning. This class is meant for people who already have the pulling and pushing strength to do a muscle-up, but don't have the technical proficiency to one. This class will be capped at 10 people.
Two requirements for this clinic:
- be able to do 5 strict chest to bar pull-ups and 5 strict ring dips.
You will need to show a coach both of these things before Saturday.
