The 2013 CrossFit Open has ended, and as discussed earlier, we have some prizes for the top male and female finishers out of CrossFit NOLA and CrossFit NOLA 504.
For the ladies, El Chiccarelli was the highest placing female at 306th in the South Central Region and 4295th Worldwide! El had her best finish on WOD 13.1, the burpee/snatch ladder, where she was able to split snatch 100# 8 times at the end of the workout! This was El's first CrossFit Open, and my guess is not her last!

For the men, Chad Becnel was the highest placer at 128th in the South Central Region and 1681st Worldwide! Chad had his best finish in 13.5, the AM(Fran)AP that never ends. He was a consistent performer with most of his finishes being between 100th and 200th in the region!
