Sunday Schedule:
Powerlifting and Open Gym, Uptown
10am-12pm (Powerlifting will last til about 11:30am)

Also, we are planning on meeting at the MidCity gym at 1pm to begin the clean-up process. We would love help from anyone who is free! If you have them, please bring box fans and/or vacuums.

Speed Sumo Deadlift, 10x2, 55% 1RM
Speed Shoulder Press 10x3, 55% 1RM
