Saturday time change and Tuesday training

The competitors class will be moved to 8 am this Saturday, still at the Mid City gym.  This time change is to allow for people who plan to participate in the obstacle trials the opportunity to do both.  Please make sure that you sign up for class so that I can partner people up prior to Saturday morning.  Thanks!

If you do not have more than 10 consecutive double unders there is no single under substitution you have 150 box jumps
